Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at La Belle Rose, your source for exquisite fresh blooms and decorations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your non-perishable purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 10 calendar days to return a non-perishable item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the nature of our fresh products (roses/flowers) and our commitment to **express 1-hour delivery within selected Jaipur pincodes**, all perishable items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within **1 hour** of delivery to qualify for inspection and replacement/refund, due to the limited life of the product.

2. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund after the inspection is complete. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will generally be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved and you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund amount.
